Utopia the City that 'sunk' into the Spirit World

During the cataclysm that ended the 3rd Epoch, Utopia which had grown out of simply being a city of marionettes, mysteriously disappeared from the Physical Plane and reappeared in the Spirit World.

Originally maintained by the Fool and then after he entered his slumber it was maintained by the Fool's cult with the help of sealed artifacts and angels. A magical town that goes where ever it wants and is shrouded in a very heavy layer of concealment... It is rumoured to be the headquarters of the elusive Fool's cult...

3. Utopia the City that doesn't exist

Mingrui created Utopia but then just kind of erased it out of existence after becoming Attendant of Mysteries. In the 4th Epoch when Merlin and Victor are in their depression arc they recreate Utopia but are never satisfied and destroy it over and over again so rumours spread about a city that is there one days and gone the next. They eventually stop being very depressed about Mingrui being not there and stop doing it.

Huntress: Breakdown starts with Helena getting out of prison after 5 years in Blackgate. She's been in prison because Bruce burned the Huntress - had her identity, past kills, and vigilante evidence leaked. At the time, Bruce offered Helena bat witness protection where she'd leave town and he'd furnish her with a new identity and bank account, arguing that given her history with the Mafia she was unlikely to survive behind bars. Helena chose prison over a life under his thumb and survived. Mafia head Sofia Gigante got James Cooper (Helena's ward from the 1989 Huntress series) out of town safely, to Helena's surprise and gratitude. That's important.

Helena gets out of prison and, with Sofia's backing, forms a team to take the Bat down and break his hold on Gotham for good. So far the team is Zinda Blake, Renee Montoya, Lady Shiva (Question Shiva team up!!!), and Selina but it's going to be bigger. Meanwhile, Charlie Gage-Radcliffe has taken up the mantle of the Huntress, that's also important.

It's HelSofia does Oceans 11 meets Monte Cristo and I'm so excited. This is going to be a bangfic project for next year so there should be art too.

Roy's phone buzzes. He glances down to find two notifications. He opens the Team Arrow group chat first.

It's a picture of Hal's horrified face captioned ‘Helen got her swear jar.’ Roy laugh reacts and moves on to the second notification. It's Eddie.

“Saw your database login active,” Eddie writes. “Anything I can help with?”

Roy hesitates. He glances down at Dick. He doesn't want to damage their newly rebuilt trust, but if Eddie's seen his database searches then he might already know what Roy's looking for, and he doesn't see any harm in asking so long as he leaves Dick out of it entirely.

“Maybe. What's the deal with Slade Wilson and Arkham? Thought he was more the Blackgate type,” Roy responds.

“So did I,” Fyers answers. And then. “Waller tried to get him requisitioned to the squad and Arkham denied the transfer.”

“They can do that?”

“Apparently,” Fyers says. “Bones was having kittens about it.”

Roy's not particularly concerned with what Eddie's current boss, the DEO head, thinks. He's not going to be able to get into Arkham’s files and if he tries, it'll tip off Oracle and the Bats for sure. He'd prefer to avoid that outcome. “I'll let you know if I think of anything else.”

“You do that,” Eddie replies, never content to leave anyone else with the last word.
