2018.02.08 💃🕺 Jazzercise Dance Mixx

So, this class was a bit of a dud because the teacher’s ipod was dead when she went to put it on before class. Luckily, there was another teacher there who lent her her ipod, but our teacher had to look through and try to come up with routines/songs she knew and put them together in the right order. We were late starting by quite a lot, and the class was short, probably 45 minutes at most. I turned my fitbit off after I got out in my car at 54 minutes. Plus, 2 routines, so about 6-8 minutes, were just stretches. :( 

Oh well. I did work up a sweat, but I always feel a little cheated when class doesn’t kick my ass for a full hour. The teacher said she had the ipod on and working at home but for whatever reason when she got to class, it was just dead.

Anyway, I’m gonna try to kick my own ass and do a bit more work tonight while watching some TV so I don’t feel quite so much like a slug.
