It’s always an honor and privilege to shine light on the path and this time was super special. When @timfeldmannyoga and I founded @miamilifecenter over 15 years ago we set the intention to build a space dedicated to the authentic practice of Ashtanga Yoga in alignment with the lineage and the traditional teachings. When we see the light in the students’ hearts shine we feel like it was all worth. Got caught in the rain this afternoon after a sunny morning. Luckily we had rain gear. Never in a million years did I think I’d be wearing a plastic cape barreling uphill through a tropical flood on a motorcycle. But we made it back safely and Tim said it was kind of an adventure. We are already looking forward to being back in Bali next year for two weeks and hope to see you here.
