Encore: Guns Of Navarone Enjoy Yourself You’re Wondering Now

Saw some Katsina dolls at the Horniman Museum in South London and came home to draw one because i thought they were wonderful

Here we go folks, the third drawing as part of my collaboration with Nomoi. Working with the theme of people/work/tools I wanted my drawings to tell a story, here i imagine a group of musicians accumulating a conga line and leading them on journey under water. Once again, i thought about the times i have worked as a musician, drawing what it feels like when you have an audience really with you. If you get it right, they will follow you anywhere. 

I wanted to share some of the drawings made recently as part of a collaboration with Nomoi http://www.nomoi.co.uk/ to make a series of everyday locally made T-shirts, hopefully to be screen printed. It’s early days yet with the drawings, just throwing some ideas around. Check out the NOMOI clothing site above and stay tuned for more drawings as this project progresses. Very excited to be working together.
