He hasn't appeared yet, but in summary, Selwyn was a human turned delicade. Then, given the job to be a grim reaper by Akemi. Selwyn is gay and nonbinary, using he/they pronouns.
During his time as a human, he enjoyed playing the violin (band in general) and also was a theater kid. Also dabbled in robotics and engineering. On top of that, he dabbled in sports. Manly baseball. more arrogant and over the top. This is particularly evident in their body language and attitude. They can act a bit effeminate but can also be masculine as well.
TW (some topics can be triggering, but I mention depression and suicide here). Just a part of his backstory on how he became a delicade, despite doing all of these things and appearing happy and content on the outside. He was secretly depressed.
This bottled-up depression was gnawing at them. Out of impulsion, he thought maybe if he jumped from the balcony of his apartment, he could end his hidden suffering. But then he decided to not go through with it but slipped. That's when Akemi found his body on the ground. This was upsetting to see someone in a state like that for Akemi. So she took his body and fixed it up a bit. Like replacing his eyes (he used to wear glasses as a human), adding blue fire to the ends of his hair, and making a personal outfit for him. That's how he is today. An immortal god that was once human.
