There comes a point when you’re really better off leaving a fandom rather than sticking around hate-blogging about the show/character(s). Not so much because that kind of negativity can’t be good for your mental health, but because it makes me want to punch you in the throat.

It should be legal, and highly encouraged, to stab authors who bash characters without having the decency to put a warning at the beginning of the story.  Warn if you’re going to bash a character.  And don’t give me any bullshit that “There’s no bashing in this fic, just honest characterization.”  BULL-FRELLING-SHIT.  You’re an asshole and coward, don’t try to act like your bullshit interpretation of a character is the only right one.  Piss off you pitifully petulant pissant.  

I love my mutuals...  but sometimes I’d really like to stab some sense into y’all.
