Working on Alien Bonds next
Could we possibly get another sneak peek of the Thuliro or the fake marriage Ulrio? I really love it.
To be honest, I lost all my Ulrio fake marriage stuff when my computer broke a while ago, and Iâm very bad at finding the motivation to rewrite things. Soooo, Iâm very sorry, but I donât have anything at the moment. I really need to sit down and chart it all out again.
I do, however, have a lot of Thulrio. How about the first 200 words of the next chapter?Â
The Galra mission came far too soon. Days felt like secondson a countdown to his end. An end that every alpha in the whole damn Garrisonseemed to need to instruct him on. Worst of all, when the flight came, it wasshort. They spent longer getting on the shuttle than they did getting to theGalra ship.
On the way, there was chatter, none to Shiro. He was a lowlyOmega again, too stupid to understand their great minds. Shiro let what was said â implied â wash overhim. He didnât know these men and mightnever meet them again. None of them really knew what was going to happen.
That was the almost laughable thing, Shiro may have beenrelegated to the bottom of social ladder again, but humanity had just found outit was so unimportant it wasnât even on the universes ladder, until today, andthese alphas were patting each other on the back for being at the top of thelowest rung.
He kept quite as they landed, letting them have theirtriumphant moment. They filed off first, with smiles, and introductions, whilsthe waited. The Omega, the gift, always came last.
Omega Shiro finds out about his mission - Thuliro
Shiro straightened out his uniform for the umpteenth time, and peered into his reflexion in the tiny window of Commander Iversonâs office door. He tried to flatten back his gelled hair into something more professional, it didnât work, he could barely see himself.
Being called to the commanderâs office usually didnât warrant this level of nerves. It might be nothing. Going over test scores, talking about commendations, or even the fact that he was the one whoâd rigged the simulators to yell âWASTEDâ when someone crashed. That last one was unlikely, Matt had covered his tracks.
It could also be something. Something huge, and life changing for him, like a place on the Kerberos mission â which he definitely wasnât aware he was the top runner for. It could even be â and this really was a dream â a place on the Galra peace mission.
That would be life changing. Theyâd only discovered them two months ago, and being one of the first humans to ever work with aliens, nothing could compare, but it would never happen.
He needed to get his head out of the clouds. The Kerberos mission was a great honour, one he was ready and trained for. He was no diplomat, and the Galra mission needed seasoned pilots, not green ones.
With one last straighten of his uniform, Shiro knocked on the door.
Commander Iversonâs voice came back instantly, âcome in.â
With what he hoped was easy confidence, Shiro swung open the door, and stepped in.
Iverson was leaning back in his chair, a pen twisting between his fingers as he looked at Shiro in a way he could only describe as assessing.
 âTake a seat.â
This wasnât the atmosphere of successful mission application. Shiroâs heart sank, maybe they had found out about the simulators.
âYou asked for me, Sir.â He took the seat as he spoke.
âYes.â Iverson clicked his pen twice. âI have some good new.â
He leaned forward, chair creaking, and clicked the pen again, placing it down in front of Shiro.
âAbout my mission applications?â Shiro ventured, hoping heâd read the room wrong.
Iverson paused, âyes, itâs a mission.â
Relief should have washed through Shiro, but something felt wrong. It was in the way Iverson moved, and the slow way he spoke.
 âKerberos?â
âNo.â Oh, he hadnât qualified, and Iverson didnât want to break the bad news. Everything made sense, but that didnât make it any better.
âYouâre been chosen for the Galra mission,â Iverson spoke again, and Shiro was sure heâd misheard.
Was...was this a prank? Had the sombre mood all been so he could see Shiroâs delighted face?
âReally?â He nearly whispered, eyes going wide as his mouth cracked a grin.
âYes,â Iverson sat like a statue, âTake off is the 28th. Thereâs a briefing you have to read,â he tapped a wad of paper next to him that Shiro had assumed was his paperwork, âand a few things you have to sign,â he tapped the adjacent smaller pile, âbefore you can leave.â

I still want Shiro to have his scar and white hair in the Omega gifted to Thace and Ulaz thing. I was thinking that mates need to prove themselves worthy to be able to bond with Galra officials, and since Shiro has no way to prove himself they throw him in the gladiator pit. He gets the hair and scar, and then gets dragged out and bonded to two Alphas that donât want him but have to accept for social reasons. Yeah, that.
Iâm writing more of the Thuliro because I havenât written something simply because I want to in ages, and Iâm loving it.
Thuliro snippet - Shiro in the ring
@iamstuckinfandom tagged me for a seven sentence thing. I though it was a good opportunity to share some of my Thuliro fic :)
The rules are as follows: go to page 7 of your WIP, go to the seventh line, share seven sentences, and tag 7 more writer-bloggers to continue the challenge. (not gunna do the last bit.) Iâm just going to tag @writtenorrebloggedporn âcause they beta read this for me :D (thank you! Iâm always grateful for it)
Thace could reason with himself that this was the creature's best chance of survival, but when the small thing stumbled out into the arena, hand raised to block out the glare of the lights, and sword clutched to his chest, Thace's heart wrenched.
He looked lost, no confidence in his stance or shoulders, and as his eyes adjusted to the light he saw Myzax in all his ugly glory. His body froze. He didn't take on a defensive stance or even raise his weapon. Thaceâs heart went from wrenching to plummeting as it was clear the little thing didn't know how to fight.
Myzax roared with the clear intent to scare his opponent - victim seemed like a more apt word. The sound broke the human out of his trance, and he finally took a fighting stance.
