#thread dropping

Good news!

I’ve just found out that I’ve been accepted to complete a Level 5 (degree level) course starting at the end of this month. 

It’s fully paid and a great opportunity in an area of work that I’m very interested in becoming more involved in. I’m chuffed to pieces!

But...

That does mean I’m going to have even less time to RP.

So I’m going to have to be a bit brutal right now in cutting my active threads down, as well as being a wee bit more selective in the future. 

Under the cut is a list of threads I have listed in my tracker. I’ve crossed out threads that I feel the need to drop - this is not because of any specific reasons aside from I’m no longer feeling them. 

I genuinely enjoy writing with you all and none of this is any indicator of how I feel about you as a person or how you write your muse/s. This is already causing me great anxiety to post, but I do hope you all understand. 

Also, if there’s any threads I’ve listed that you want to drop for whatever reason, do let me know. I understand this happens and take no offence!

Ok, so New Year’s is right around the corner and as MUCH as I really hate having to do this...again, I need to clear my threads.

So I am wanting to drop ALL current threads. I know some are basically brand new while others have been going on for a while, but I feel like I need to start fresh and shuffle the game a little. I WILL be doing a new starter call coming up in the week, but I wanna clear everything first. 

For those of you I am dropping threads with, please feel free to hit that starter call when I do it! I have absolutely nothing against anyone I am RPing with and that’s not why I’m doing this either, I just need to start this blog off with some new RPs! So

Ahh...hello! I’m just going to place up this lil’ shield here as I prepare myself for the many rotten tomatoes to be thrown my way. 

In light of organizing my new list of Main Threads, I’ve realized I simply don’t have time for anything else on my already full plate. 

So I am dropping all threads not listed in my Main Thread post, with some exceptions (mainly my threads involving canon Undertale characters). 

Essentially, I am currently not opening up any new threads unless with a canon Undertale character, as I still really want to explore more of Sans World. I’m very interested in interacting with the main characters, so feel free to hit me up if you’re one of them! I love seeing some developed NPC’s, too! 

I’m sorry to everyone who has been dropped (some who’s starters haven’t even been answered yet), but I just can’t do it all, much as I’d like to. I hope you can understand, and I thank each and every one of your for your interest and time. You’re wonderful writers, creative thinkers, and absolute delights.

( okay, so these are some of the threads that I will be dropping, as Killian and I just aren’t feeling them anymore. but--and this is important--if for any reason at all, one of these is a thread my partner would like to keep, let me know. we can always plot or work something out to where it makes the thread alive again. all of these are dated before 2017 came along, and they were all currently ‘my turn’ to respond. As I said it yesterday, I’m gonna drop at least half of my threads in the tracker to get enough energy for a new start without having a fuck ton of replies waiting for me.

( I need to do this, for my own sanity, and the fact that I’m just not feeling the muse inspiration for some of these threads anymore. I hate dropping threads, but sometimes I just have to. )

( So below the cut is a list of the threads I’m dropping. (Note that these are the ones that are my turn currently; those that are my partner’s turn are still open until further notice.) Most are dated almost two months ago, and they’ve just been sitting in my tracker, collecting dust, as it were. Others are ones that have been spawned from memes that I just don’t feel anymore. If you’d really like to continue the threads in question, message me about it, and we’ll try and figure something out. Otherwise, I’ll be happy to work on new threads with partners. ) 

( Also, this list may be updated at any time, if I come across another thread or two that I missed and that I just don’t feel anymore. Or I may make another whole post like this. Either way, keep an eye out. )
