Thoughts/short para | Everyone's going to leave
After talking to Riley and his motivates for pushing away yet another Valentine sister.
The ringing of his phone indicated that Riley had reply to his last text. He set down the bag of chips and rounded the corner into his living room. Flipping open his phone, the words that display across the screen told him he had just accomplished what he was trying to do. He had just pushed away the last Valentine sister. He didn't know why he was doing this. She was okay, nothing bad happened. However, the knowledge that something could have left him feeling sick. He had just found out about the car accident and it nearly crashed him. He couldn't handle losing another person and even if she was fine, that didn't mean next time she would be. He had just started to believe that not everyone was going to leave him, but after finding this out. He realized it was going to happen one way or another and with his luck probably sooner than later. He didn't know what to text back and to be honest he didn't want to reply. He sighed, flipping the phone closed and throwing it on couch. He hated that he was pushing everyone away, first Kayla, now Riley. Hell he had even been pushing Noah away, but the dude wouldn't budge. He knew he was screwed up for doing this but he kept telling himself he was looking out for himself. That he had to look out for himself, in reality though, he was only hurting himself. He needed to get out of the house, he wanted a drink. When didn't he? But today he wasn't going to do that, no. Instead, he grabbed his jacket off his bed and keys out of the bowl on the kitchen counter. "Noah, I'll be back later!" He shouted, having absolutely no clue if his roommate was home or not. He rushed out of the house and into his car, starting it and hitting the gas. He had no idea where he was going and he really didn't care.
