Today I paid off a loan that started at $7.5K --- it feels good to type ... When I speak to people... it feels FANTASTIC to say... But like SO MANY THING THIS YEAR ... It had to be sullied by some buttery bull... Now before you continue reading... Know that what I'm about to say sux but I'm gonna show you how this year has me in a place of always seeking the #brightside • • I looked at my checking account and another banking institution made a mistake & pulled $8,000 out of an account when they were supposed to pull out $67 DAFUQUE? Where they do that at? Now to be clear this is NOT how the loan was paid off... The figures just by chance are close to each other this was a whole different situation. Oh yeah and the institution that messed up told me, "Sorry ma'am we can't help you have to talk to the bank that has your checking account."😒 • • Called my checking account customer service and they did a stop payment for FREE -NO FEES AND IT WILL BE TAKEN CARE OF BY 8AM TOMORROW (now that's to be seen but I'm going to trust in the process) • • So account at literal 0 not negative (I have a strong overdraft system in place) I still had to transfer some money to keep it from being negative so that if any transactions slide through on the checking account it doesn't dip my funds down low... and while at the bank I realized that all banks would be closed on Monday (Columbus Day--good for you to know also so get to the bank by Friday)... Look at God --- alerted me in enough time (before Columbus Day) -- gave me favor in my plight... 700th post was not a #milestone for me but I noticed yesterday that the next post would be the 700th and was like hmm🤔 it should be a good one. • I was going to just post the color version of the last pic...but I really didn't want the #ThoughtBot motivation for that #MicroPoem to carry over into this post. • So here I am posting #700 ... It was still a struggle to find which pic to post. I didn't take any today...
