Most beautiful song Pixie ever heard , is the why Pixie agree to piano classes , to learn play this , modified and simplified version for piano … even though it was very traumatic experience .
the violins in this version sound so good on Pixies loft bed speakers .
Pachelbel's Canon in D major
Vampires and violins.......music
FIDDLE ME THIS...
Tonight DJ Gink is playing fiddle rock... lots of great music with lots of violins in them... with a reference to fiddling while Rome burns, so I reflected that in my posterboys. First it was "twinks with fiddles," and I tweaked and twiddled through until I ended up with "beautiful male models fiddling while Rome burns" with all my style tags. And of course heavy reliance on the diverse styles of Style Creator.
i love violins soooooooooo much, i don't play because i never had the money or opportunities to actually play or learn, but its my all time favorite instrument. I feel like its the closest to human humming an instrument can get and yes it deserves to be such a pain in the ass to learn.
i love the rapid spikes and drops in certain pieces, it don't hear stings plucked or pulled to make a sound like you would with a piano or guitar, its one long pulled note that morphs and fits whatever it needs to be. and its so versatile!!!
i told my friend it was like if a wind instrument was in string form because of the way its played. I can hear it in almost any genre of music and it will add to it because of the range. I love the way it plays in jazz, takes this stereotypically soft and i suppose "fancy" instrument, and uses for a genre that is nearly always improvised. What seems like such a strict instrument being played what seems recklessly, sighs lovingly.
I love Cafe 1930, good piece, but i LOVEEEEE how the violin is played during "Cien Años" that's like, how a romantic violin is supposed to sound to me, its the baseline romantic sound. gah i should shut up now i feel like a poser and a geek.
