DAY 8 Chest and Tris! Holy cow this workout packs some punch! It's a chest and tri blaster! I was struggling at the end. Tricep push ups are my mortal enemy. I had to take a break or two but I pushed the hardest at those last 3 seconds! You never realize how much those last three seconds add up! I wasn't seeing any results! I'm not gonna lie! I was so comfortable in my workout routine I couldn't imagine changing it. In fact I even had some fear of not knowing how my body would respond to another plan! But I started to realize that in my comfort NOTHING was changing I had plateaued.
