One weird thing about framing transmasc visibility as oppressive to trans women is that TERFs literally rely on transmasc invisibility to make their arguments. They seize on things like gender-neutral healthcare language aimed at including trans men and use that to claim trans women are trying to steal the word "woman" from cis women. Recognizing that trans men exist and have distinct needs and issues undermines efforts to oppress and demonize trans women.

I hate that I always have to justify myself when I say Theon is my favourite character. Everybody can love whoever they want but people often react like "meh.... he burned Winterfell and children alive, he betrayed the Starks and deserved what he got" I know the hate has become a bit less but there are still people who think like that. It's also a big hypocrisy in the fandom. Many love Cersei, just because she is a "badass bitch" even though she is way way more evil than Theon.
