Sadly, the reason so few mods have a good story is that story takes a LOT of work to create, and titty armor takes very very little. It's no coincidence that the games with the most story mods are also the ones that are easiest to mod.
I'd just like more mods that use existing elements to tell a story...like something that doesn't require new meshes or textures or items, just a really good story using vanilla elements (I mean I'm more than happy to see good stories with more than that but I'm saying that it can be done with a minimum of fuss)
it's just frustrating how limited the scope of most modders seems to be...
