One of my favorite ways to think about my Scenarios is playing loud music (although quiet arguably works better) in my headphones, relevant to the situation and takes a long ass time to choose a playlist, and playing my color by number game. It’s not actually hard so I can zone out and won’t look weird like if I’m just staring at the wall. Also can potentially cover facial expressions, it’s very good
