kirk so truly like wow spock being poetic <3 and devotion themes, my favourite <3 nod nod spock does choose to be by my side always and forever because he is my friend and first officer

fuck it lets post this i dont care if im not completely happy with most of it because actually?? i think this rules for my first times drawing from Real People in legitimately at least 6 years!! and 6 years ago i had the power of pencils and erasers to fix floating eyes and ears, now i just live with it. also i've literally never drawn a real life adult man before.

when he plays with bones, spock watches him do it, bones has no idea. and spock announces when kirk wins every game.

when kirk and spock play chess, spock is aware of the cheats, even when he isn't watching them happen. kirk thinks he doesn't know. he knows. kirk wins every game.

the concern and care and resolve that he looks at spock with throughout this entire episode absolutely kills me
