something i love is how desperate buck was pre-kiss for like the tiniest crumbs of tommy's attention... twisting himself in knots, wanting to grab tommy and have him all to himself, not understanding the impulse but since when has that ever stopped him from following one? buck feels first, acts second, and thinks later. buck wants tommy to notice him: he'll angle for an invite to trivia, and when that doesn't work, he'll snoop through eddie's calendar and contrive to be wherever tommy is. who cares about why - the important thing is getting tommy's eyes on him asap!!
