SO. the thing is with these loops- sif changes every time they die. the change isnt rapid but progressive, growing with every little itty-bitty cogs and bobs that are changed or learned by their hand. its not a hard thing to see or notice yeah? it absolutely isnt

but the thing is- the thing is- the world around him DOESNT. it doesnt grow (unless forced by him) doesnt learn (unless forced by him)- it just doesnt change. the world is already frozen in time, to him. his friends are frozen in time, to him. its an egg that will never crack, to continue the allegory

i dont think he quite understands that as of yet (2nd loop) but i think the theme will be explored on a later date to which i havent had the chance to get

i wonder if itll be something similar to flowey situation. siffrin may have their emotions intact but- well, how much loops is there really? how many times would it need to repeat until hes too tired to care? i... hope not enough. to come to that
