Keep Grenfell Tower Fire in the public consciousness and support by wearing green for Carnival! Justice for Grenfell!

If we all share this message and ask others to do the same we can hopefully reach everyone coming to carnival this weekend. Survivors from Grenfell and the wider community are asking everyone coming to WEAR GREEN as a sign of solidarity. Come as GREEN as you can: green tshirts, Jumpsuits, shorts, trainers, socks, bandanas, hair, flags, hats. Think big, small, out of the box or in the box just show up and stand up! If only Philadelphia would get the memo 📝 #Repost @chakabars (@get_repost) ・・・ This is part of #therealcommunity they are amazing people and it's a blessing to see the community come together during time of struggle. The goverment essentially declared war on the people with their actions leading up to the #grenfelltower fire and then there actions after have been disgusting. But the community of Ladbroke Grove and Latimer Road and the wider communities of london have come together beautifully in unity to help out as much as possible. I appreciate them and it's a blessing to know there is still a sense of community in London in 2017. Respect to all of you who have helped out, keep up the good work and if you are in london, visit the village (formerly known as acklam village) and see if you can be of use. @_therealcommunity
