K - What character has your favorite development arc/the best development arc?

I was tempted to say Savathûn, but post-TWQ her arc kinda flopped, died, and is in the process of being half-heartedly resuscitated. I think it's Eris, honestly! She's had a brilliantly-crafted arc spanning almost a decade, and while I have 99 problems with Season of the Witch, her story was without a doubt the best part of it.

Drifter is the runner-up, because I like where his character is at in terms of his narrative arc, it feels like we've got here... without any fanfare, I guess? Maybe because we haven't had a Drifter-centric season since Arrivals (say what you will, I'm counting Arrivals for the sheer amount of development it gave him), and whenever he shows up he's just a supporting character -- and that's fine! I loved him in Plunder and Deep! But all his dialogue is just cracking jokes or being weird, and all the 'development' happens in loretabs, which have been really poor imo. He feels like a shade of himself in them, so uwu and cutesy. I want to see him kill a man!! Gah, it seems like such a wasted opportunity, as of Kept Confidence he no longer wants to run from the system, which was where his whole character was leading in the first place, but uh last time I checked he'd still wanted to dip, so when... did this change happen... when did he face his fear of death and suffering and violence and watching others die and conquered it or at least figured staying was worth enough living with that fear... I feel like the depth to his character has been sacrificed on the drifteris altar, and it sucks because I love that ship precisely because both of them are life-weary, haunted individuals who could beat each other's demons into a bloody pulp, but instead we're getting some coffee shop au tier fluff eh

F - What’s the longest you’ve ever been in a fandom?

It's definitely The Sims, and oh, hard to say, because while I don't really interact with the fandom since I got into Destiny in 2020, it's been a formative enough experience to be branded on my soul forever lmao. If we're counting the "active" years, it would be over 12, and 16 all together, which is quite frankly insane.

Well, a lot of people liked Lakshmi without really looking into her background. She is and always has been a leader of the Future War Cult. A political body that focuses on prophesising wars and, effectively, constantly in the state of fearmongering and warmongering.

57. What are their opinions on mushrooms? 

I’m extremely charmed by this question so I’m gonna answer with a bunch of them

omen-5: would have ranked lists of mushrooms by “coolest to spot sprouting in the wilderness” “most useful” “deadliest” and would likely miss the point of being asked if xe likes to eat them for a good five minutes (neutral, food is just “okay”)

oni-42: very good, she has a fun time gathering them on her own and occasionally freaking people out by chowing down on very deadly ones

kostya: ehhhh not fond, but he’ll eat them in dishes if there’s a lot of other stuff to balance out the flavour

amita: bad. no.

chirraek: the hive make use of some strains of fungi and their spores to help convert other planets’ atmospheres to ones they’re more comfortable with, especially when they’re initially seeding and tunneling into them. of course chirraek knows about them, because getting the right mix of gases is important for optimal brood growth, and planning that is part of their job. these are the only mushrooms that matter
