Eventually leaves the precinct to join Adam Baldwin for something more dangerous and put himself in harm's way.. poor Ricky boy's hurting. Does Beckett even realize what she's doing to him?

So here is my theory,  something big happens in the caskett relationship in the Limey. and in the finale something happens that refers to The Limey dealing with caskett
