without fail i always get super emotional when rory and lorelai reunite in s6 AND when lorelai and christopher end their marriage in s7 like even though i hate him i hate seeing lorelai hurting AND the flashback to richard’s funeral in the revival which is made even more sad because of ed’s passing AND the scene in the revival where rory goes back to the gilmore house to write her book and they do that overlay of past scenes soooo all in all this show makes me very emotional!!!!

i agree chris is trash but i think lauren’s acting really sells that scene for me which makes it pretty emotional when she’s talking about how much she wishes she wanted it it’s so sad
yes yes yes yes that was my favorite moment of the revival was seeing rory walk through the house and you would just hear the voices of richard and emily echoing and then a flashback would appear and then i would die it was so beautifully done i loved everything about that scene anndd the fact that she went into richard’s study to write her book because that’s where she could really allow herself to feel comfortable and ugh i wanna cry

I've noticed that you keep screaming in the tags about how you want to talk to people about Edge of Seventeen so I'm here. Hi!!! I saw it last year when it premiered at TIFF and it basically ruined every other movie for me. Like?!!??? It's so good I can't even describe my love for it
oh my gosh!! thank u!!!!! YES it was so good and i can’t explain to other people why it was such a masterpiece other than screaming JUST WATCH IT but it truly took me for a loop and it was so real. i just love that it was a ~teen~ movie about ~real teens~ but it wasn’t dripping in irony or condescension but treated their struggles with the weight of what it actually feels like being a teen! i just appreciate it so much!!!! and such good acting from top to bottom i love it
seeing uk people call tim hortons a treat will never not be shocking to me (someone who lives in canada) bc here it’s like the shitty coffee shop on every corner that everyone loves to hate. i work with someone who lives in wales and she also talks about how it’s a treat and the menu items are actually quality, mind blown every time
when I mentioned it on here before so many canadians were like girl how is that a treat shdjfnskdmd to be fair I've only had it once before so I can't really attest to the quality but it's a treat to me for being a fast food type place to have dairy free milk and also being the place I discovered lattice fries
even if bob did ask for the time off, why couldn’t they have just told us that at the beginning? like when we were all questioning what what’s going on would it have been so hard for jroth to send out a tweet about it? he is handling this so poorly
exactly!!!! that’s what i was saying in my tags. if we were told right away, we would have been more understanding, but jroth just played into bellamy being gone by pretending as if he didn’t exist. he didn’t even thank bob for his hard work in the cast photo tweet or something. bellamy was in the episode— they could have used a behind the scenes pic of bob with the beard for the countdown. but. they. didn’t. of course i’m glad that bob took time off for himself, but the way it was handled doesn’t sit right. i feel like if it were marie or richard or someone who was absent from everything, jason would have mentioned it.
i’m not mad about him not appearing, but i am upset that they didn’t at least TRY to include bellamy’s disappearance in the promos like “where is bellamy? tune in this season to find out!” or something.
