If Jess and Rory had kid(s) they would probably have pulls out the Punnett square - the possibilities are interesting
“The one that got away“ is literally Rory and Jess‘s Song. Like it belongs to them. The song just perfectly describes their dynamic and relationship.
Jess character analysis
a really good new video analyzing Jess as a character throughout both the original series and AYITL that I watched yesterday
definitely recommend checking this one out 💯
How do modern day Literati feel about the new Wuthering Heights adaptation?
They thought the book was trashy and didn't bother watching it.
They loved the book but refused to watch an unfaithful adaptation.
Jess loved the book and refused to watch the movie. Rory was indifferent.
They watched it with Doula and her SO at home and were unimpressed.
It made them hornier than they expected and they had a nice night afterwards.
Jess has a crush on Ewan Mitchell. That scene with Joseph paid off for them.
Rory is horny for Elordi. They had sex in the car afterwards.
They hated it and watched the Netflix Frankenstein again to purge their memories

There's some interesting symmetry in "Lorelai's Graduation Day" and "Fight Face."
In each episode, either Jess or Rory is in something resembling exile after a vehicle-related incident that served as the culmination of Lorelai's fears about someone's destructive influence over Rory, despite Rory's conviction that she made her own decisions in both situations. Jess and Rory can't talk to their respective family member directly or even bring themselves to ask about them by name, but they want to know how they're doing and approach the topic with the same quiet, awkward tone. The person they're with, respectively Rory and Luke, knows the situation is difficult, as it also affects them, and has vocally disagreed with Lorelai's response. Rory and Luke have tried to push estranged family members together at various times for the "greater good," but here, they answer gently and honestly, without any questions or expectations. Another bittersweet parallel for our book nerds and their intertwining life journeys!
u a real one if ur crush is the angsty bad boy that no one understands in your show
