Yup yup yup yup yup.... That's the truth!
Been about three weeks since I came back home. And lo and behold... I have ONLY GAINED ONE EXTRA KG SINCE I LEFT BANGALORE!! WOOHOO!!
My family quitting all outside processed food could be seen as a blessing in disguise. Thankfully my brother is getting better now (touchwood). But the experience has really opened my parents eyes to the reality of the importance of diet and the ability to lose weight without starving yourself, by just sticking to normal portions of regular homemade food.
And I am soooooooooooo happy, I had not been actively restricting myself. But I hadn't been binging either. (except for a few nights of polishing off toast and peanut butter. Shit!)
Took the scale out yesterday. I am almost at 71kg. My ideal weight is a 65 kg. The 5 kg weight gain is my fault, when Swiggy opened up and I wanted to enjoy the last few days of Bangalore.
I will wake up at 6 am. It's 1:36 am right now.
I wish to go for a morning jog out in the park. It's gonna be a little difficult, will be my first time running with a mask on. But I just gotta brave it up and adjust.
Also broke into my packets of grean tea. Green tea is a GREAT tool when you just want that feeling of having something in your mouth, but you aren't exactly hungry. And once you find the flavours that you like and an easy way to heat up water in a hurry, flavoured green teas could become your best friend.
Goals for morning:
Morning run. As much as I could do. (easy for first day)
Bubble butt circuit training https://youtu.be/ywiei5xvYII
Eat regular home-cooked foods in normal quantities.
Lots of green tea.
Attending seminars and finishing pending high priority MBA stuff.
3 litres of plain water throughout the day.
With a plan like this, I know I could get to my ideal weight in 1.5 to 2 months easy. And get beautifully in shape in 2-3 months, by the time we get back on Kampus. [this is literally my motivation now]
Can I think of it as Day 1 of my 90 days of fit?!
Okay! It's gonna be Day 1 of my 90 days of Fit!
Good night!
