Last weekend, Alexis and I ventured off to Cardiff, Wales.  The city was really beautiful!  The weather was cold and windy, but at least it didn't rain!  My first hostel experience was pretty awesome too!  We stayed at "The River House Backpackers".  The owners were very friendly and helpful.  Breakfast and tea/coffee were free.  It was very clean and the other visitors were friendly.  We had a great view of the river and Millennium Stadium.   We left Friday after my evening class and took the MegaBus from London to Cardiff (a little over 3 hours).  We got a little lost when we got there, but eventually found the place.   The next day we started off early adventuring around the city and The Cardiff Market.  We left for the best part, and certainly most anticipated, later that day..(DRUM ROLL!!!)...........................................The Doctor Who Experience!!!!!!!!! It. Was. AMAZING.  Ahhhhhhh!  I'm so glad I got to go!  :-)  Loved it!  Be prepared for so many pics to come. That night I whooped Alexis's butt in a game of Monopoly: Cardiff Version (I've never actually won a whole game of that haha).   On Sunday, we ate more food than I ever want to eat in one sitting ever again!  I'm not even exaggerating!  We thought it'd be a good idea to stuff ourselves on breakfast that way we wouldn't have to stop for lunch before our bus ride back to London that evening.  Probably the worst idea ever.  So we decided to walk the whole way to Cardiff Bay after checking out of the hostel.  We walked about 5 miles total and still weren't hungry for dinner.    The Bay was absolutely beautiful!  Breath-taking, actually <3 Wales was great.  Only disappointment: didn't see a single sheep.
