See all 9 pictures, I have almost 8 cups of whey from making tofu from 12 cups of my homemade soymilk this morning. I use 2 heaping tsp of nigari to coagulate. I'm saving this whey because I'm gonna try some uses that I read about recently in The Book of Tofu, by Shurtleff and Aoyagi.
