Blueberry Cocktail / Mocktail 🦋 Whether you choose to add a splash of gin or not, this refreshing drink will sure help with the summer cool down! Using freshly picked blueberries from yesterday’s Mother Daughter adventure @driedigerfarmsmarket and goodies from @bcblueberries care package a few weeks ago 💙🥃🧊 🦋Here’s what you’ll need: •1 tbsp blueberry jam @driedigerfarmsmarket •Handful of blueberries •1 slice of lemon •1/2C brewer butterfly tea @tealeavesco •3 ice cubes frozen w/ blueberry •1/2C sparkling water @sanpellegrino_official •1oz gin or vodka (optional) •1 spring thyme for garnish 🦋 Instructions: 1. Make ice cubes, each one with 2 blueberries frozen the night before 2. In a highball glass, assemble the jam, ice cubes, sparkling water, lemon slice and top with butterfly pea tea like @tealeavesco Pantone Blue 3.
