New Fifty Shades book was stolen. Thought you should know.
It sounds like a publicity stunt on ELJ’s part to make herself sound just like Meyer. The book is already in Vintage Press’s publication queue, after all; if anyone releases a pirated version on the Internet, that  won’t lead to ELJ pulling the book and flouncing off.  It will be published no matter what happens. No, for my money, this is just ELJ trying to drum up even more interest in her re-re-telling of Twilight. (If the boring, copypasted porn with arguments and abuse that is the Fifty Shades trilogy was her re-telling of the Twilight series, surely this book--which is the first book in the trilogy from another character’s point of view--is a re-re-telling.)Â
In any case, Ket and I won’t be reviewing it. We’re struggling through the puffed-up monotony that is the end of Fifty Shades Freed, and the end is finally in sight. After reviewing this unmitigated tedium for over three years...well, enough is enough already.
