This is lyrics from one of my favourite songs by Rancore, an artist in the Italian rap scene.
The song, "Questo pianeta" (this planet) is a painfully powerful cry for a planet that was robbed to us, a life that was promised and continuously dangled before our eyes just to be taken away again just as soon as we reach out for it. I just love it so much, i love how cleverly crafted the lyrics are, using the right words to describe the technology we have now, the ways we act with each other, so that our very planet is something "alien", almost as we were intruders in it: Earth is neve called as that, it's always "this planet". I just think it's such an amazing song, i really suggest you listen to it. But just as a heads up, it's pretty heavy
