As I begin to reflect on the year and jot down thoughts and desires for the new year, one of the main themes that sticks out to me and feels resonant for 2018 is this: Standing in my full power amidst my imperfections and allowing my truest self to be seen. β β β β β β β β Because I don't think I've ever fully embraced that I can do both at the same time - that I can really show up without having it all together. At least not at the level that feels compelling to me now. β β β β β β β β This year has been a stretching, an unfolding, an unraveling, a becoming for me. I feel like the last quarter of the year, I've finally began to integrate things more and gather tools and practices and a new understanding of concepts I've been familiar with but maybe haven't ever truly known before that will help ground and prepare me for a brand new year. β β β β β β β β I'm so excited to spend Christmas with my family and my bright-eyed baby and close the year with mass amounts of love, sarcasm, inappropriate jokes, wine, appreciation, and laughter. β¨ #happythankyoumoreplease #thatsantacruzsomething (at Lighthouse Field State Beach)
