I do! Rachel is intentionally based on my fourteen-year-old self, and Amarantha also intentionally (and initially) unintentionally bears some resemblance also.
But the one that accidentally turned out like me? Josiah.
Josiah is the Crown Prince of one of the fictional monarchies of my stories' universe. He's been simultaneously overpressured and overpraised his entire life, with a lot of expectations to live up to, and when it becomes too much and he ends up publicly embarrassing his father, he gets sent to an elite boarding school in another nation as a sort of punishment/attempt to build character.
But the resemblance isn't in the backstory; it's that he's got a lot of my worst traits. Extreme perfectionist, obnoxiously critical, short-tempered, bad with people, overly preoccupied with impressing people with intelligence or (seemingly) good behavior, smugly superior. Unpleasant to be around, and nobody really likes him. Total jerk. He's fun to write about and to put in situations he'll suffer through, but maybe a little too real sometimes.
