It’s done!

Hearing to determine if the marriage was irretrievably broken was set for today. However, The Asshole never responded to the notice that he was sent.  

The judge asked me what happened, I told him that I came home from work on August 31st, 2012 and he wasn’t home.  Texted him to find out where he was, was told that he ‘needed to think about things and he’d be back on Monday.’  He came back on Monday to do laundry, and tell me it was over.  I found out that he had moved in with another woman a few months later, and that’s when I was done.

My lawyer asked that the judge finalize the divorce today seeing as the asshole hadn’t responded, and was not in court.
