The poached eggs are lovely! Could you give me some suggestion as how to make such a perfect poached egg? Did you use vinegar?
A few things that work for me are: use water that's barely simmering, with a bit of vinegar (and no salt, because it neutralizes the acid). Swirl the water around with a spoon to create a 'vortex'. Once you pour the egg, turn off the heat; I use a ceramic hob that keeps a lot of residual heat, but if you cook with gas you may want to keep it on, in the lowest possible setting. Cover the pot and wait 3-4 minutes, the point of doneness depends on your personal taste.
They didn't come out that well the first time... it takes practice. But if I could do it, everybody can!
