Every year, hype level 💯 ^-^ . One of my biggest takeaways from the #tfsummit19 was that a qualified “no” is much better than a “yes” - it was super refreshing because I always hear in sales training that you should get people to say yes and agree with you, but I felt like there had to be a better way . But yea, fantastic event - I typed all my notes and I have about 27 pages worth (at 10 pt font size LOL). I’m really excited to start putting stuff that I learned into practice :D .
