To clarify - this is Optimus pre-reincarnation. He was an original Prime alongside his twelve siblings, but unfortunately died from his injuries after Sentinel's betrayal and the Quintesson ambush. Centuries later he reincarnated as Orion Pax, living as a low-class bot with a less than prestigious job as a librarian in Iacon. He regains some of his memories of his previous life after receiving the Matrix and becoming Optimus Prime again, but only what held the most significance to him

I have a few ideas regarding what formalwear would look like on Cybertron considering… well, giant robots who don't wear/need clothes. It's pretty much exactly what it looks like - loose stretches of fabric draped over the shoulders or wrapped around the torso. Occasionally some bots will tie another piece around their waist, however this is more common in femmes over mechs (viewed on Cybertron as a more feminine look)

I'll be completely honest, this whole thing was just one big excuse for me to draw the seekers together
