Okay, but I want to talk about my source memories, and I’d like to preface my ramble by saying that I will not be automatically fatherly or anything of the similar sort towards any Bumblebees outside of my system that do not ask for it. I know we don’t know each other, and the chances of our source memories matching up is slim. Should we ever split a Bumblebee in our own system, however, I will immediately adopt him. Or her. Them. I’m a caregiver and that will be my kiddo is what I’m trying to say.

Ahem. Anyway.

Hello! I’m Shocker (He/Him), and I’m sourced from TFA Shockwave. In my source memories, I am Bumblebee’s father and the closest thing he gas to guardian as Longarm. I created ‘Bee by giving part of my spark to an empty protoform in secret. I initially wanted to take him with me back to the Decepticons, but was interrupted by the Elite Guard who found out about my being there. I escaped, but not with my sparkling. He was raised an Autobot.

When I was in the autobot bootcamp school whatever disguised as Longarm, I saw Bumblebee again for the first time in years and quickly worked to become a protective friend and guardian of him. I kept him out of trouble to the best of my ability, though unfortunately had to rope him into pinning Wasp as a traitor to save my own plating.

It greatly pained me to have to fight Bumblebee (less pained to fight Bulkhead, I admit) in that battle on the moon.

I don’t remember ‘Bee ever visiting me in prison, and I don’t believe he ever found out I was his creator. It saddens me, but it makes me ever so slightly happy to see him flourish as an Autobot without me. I admit, I had doubts about being a Decepticon because of him. But of course, I had my duty to Megatron which kept me grounded as a Decepticon.

I miss my son.
