I'm at ground zero in the US (Washington) and our gov just banned gatherings of more than 250 people. Almost everyone is working from home. The streets are empty. It's weird.

YES! This! Plus if the room can’t get cleaned in time we have to take the room off so we can’t sell it, which means we’re losing money, and even worse if the hotel was already fully booked we have to find a different hotel for the guest that was due to go in there which as you can imagine does not leave us with a happy guest in the slightest!

No app, and I don’t know how well it’ll work outside the US, but:canistream.it
App or website, either works - but I just gave this a try with something I know where to find and nope, doesn’t seem to work in Denmark. And it would really, really need to be an app/website that took geography into consideration, because you have no idea how many things are regionlocked to the US only. And it would need to sometimes say, sorry, you can’t stream this, but amazon has the dvd. And sometimes it would say, sorry, but there’s no legal way to get this at your current location - and you could trust that and point at that and say to the media corporations, well, you didn’t want my money anyway...

As much as I had mixed feelings about this season, I always enjoy the fandom (at least the side i’m a part of). I hope after this season I hear from the fandom eve if it isn’t about Vikings. I know I don’t really contribute much but I think the world of you my fellow vikings and athelnar fans. I’m not unfollowing anyone. I’m too much of a fan of my fellow fans to do so.
