Day 8 - Nightmare I did this for two different themes, but since they both shared the same reference, I decided to share both images today. It’s hard for me to finish and render them. I’ll complete them later.

At times, they took pleasure in going off to hunt, escaping the bustle and intrigues of Kattegat. Initially, Athelstan needed archery lessons.
Day 2 : Secret love
As in Æthelstan,while flustered still, believes that for Ragnar these kind gestures, like undoing his leather bound braids, don't really mean anything. Ragnar starts to doubt if the priest will ever catch on the sentiment but remains stubborn and doesn't yet declare it out loud.

New timeline. Ragnar already knows he needs to be discreet and avoid provoking Floki for the sake of Athelstan's safety. Athy, however, is unaware of this and sometimes behaves extremely carelessly.

Æthelstan visited him as an angel in one of his dreams, a soothing presence meant to comfort, as innocent and unscarred as the day they first met. Ragnar knew from that moment on that while he may not be truly a christian, he could believe in and pray to his angel.
