#testimonythursday There are so many times that things happen in our lives and we become openly isolated. We live in our minds and function as best as we can while clinging to our faith & hope for change. It’s not always easy but we press regardless of who sees. Last Nite, God healed a place in my heart that I gave to him years ago. Maybe you understand, As someone who has sung on stages around the world and is known by many, it is STILL easy to feel alone. Although the joy of the Lord has indeed been my strength, the last 7 yrs have certainly been intense. Fast forward to today and ALL THAT GOD HAS BLESSED ME WITH!! 😭🙌🏽 But Last nite I tried hard to sing and my voice felt so weighted, I tried to get the lyrics out, but the Lord was speaking so clearly to me to stop and give my testimony I completely sang the wrong everything 🤦🏽‍♀️ I couldn’t see the lyrics on the screen in the back because my eyes were filling with water 😭(all the while the enemy was shouting JUST GET THROUGH THE SONG) I’d like to think of myself as a professional, but I felt so embarrassed because, there was a real tug-of-war happening and and besides that, I love this song!! How could I mess it up like this?!? (You Keep On Getting Better by Maverick City Music)😫 I was debating w/ the Lord (because our services are LIVE) but He wouldn’t let me move. Well, I never have a problem sharing my testimony, but it all hit me like a ton of bricks. This time the testimony wasn’t for others. It was for ME! The Lord was tying in what He was doing in my heart real-time on stage 😩 🤦🏽‍♀️ My devotional that morning was a COMPLETE SETUP! #swipeleft This is my campus pastor publicly sharing his appreciation & love for me and the raw moment we had as a church. He also said the Lord was pleased w/ my worship that I was right where God wanted me to be. As the last two lines of my devotional, The Daily Decree read, “May you be welcomed, celebrated and honored for THIS day, you’ve been marked for favor!” @bkunneman It just so happened that our series this week is YOU DONT HAVE TO DO IT ALONE. For instance we make plans for tomorrow not because we control the sun and the moon but we trust in the faithfulness of God. You put sperm in a woman not because you can turn it into a baby but because you trust Gods process and the beautiful thing is that He never disappoints. Last year I got an order to make bespoke perfumes for someone’s birthday it was the first order of its kind in millions of Naira and I was excited but I got an instruction to sow all as a seed and I did. Few days ago I got another order, this was 10 times bigger than the one I got last year and then God reminded me about that seed! I want to encourage you today I don’t know what you are dealing with but your seeds will speak for you! This is why I know that no matter what I can NEVER be stranded if it remains 5 seconds, something will happen! God will always show up for those who trust in Him, if the covenant of the sun and moon and of the day and night is not broken you can bank on the goodness of God! At this time we had been producing in China for about 3 years and done over $500,000 but I had never visited because a Chinese visa is even harder than a US visa. They introduced me to a guy who charged me 700k and we began the process in February and it’s been one story after another. 2 months ago, a total stranger sent me a DM and said “I like what you are doing have you ever visited China?” I told him I have been trying to visit but it’s been difficult. He asked for my passport and other documents then he sent me an invitation letter and I went for the interview. Ladies and gentlemen I have a Chinese visa right now! A Chinese visa in my hands is like giving Michael Jordan a basketball, it’s like asking Michael Jackson to dance to “smooth criminal”, it’s like giving Tiger Woods a golf ball and a golf course. Ladies and gentlemen God’s word comes to pass! I had given up on the China dream but see what God did! In 2020 we will make so much money because the doors have been flung open by God. I have been facing challenges but in the middle of the whole thing God made me laugh, God knows HOW to make you laugh. If you trust Him and hold on to Him for dear life He will do it for you too. This year will end with laughter for you in Jesus name.
