I always liked sunsets. How it sets on the west, orange skies plays with the hues of purple and pink or blue. It is a scenery everone adored, breathtaking view no one would want to miss.

Watching how darkness fights light, one that makes a beautiful ombre in the sky, in the shades of two ironic colors is dazing.

Sometimes, when people was too mesmerized by the beauteous view, they forgot its other side. How the sunset for me, symbolizes end. E̶n̶d̶ o̶f̶ s̶o̶m̶e̶t̶h̶i̶n̶g̶ b̶e̶a̶u̶t̶i̶f̶u̶l̶. The night would take over, hugging the whole town with it's darkness, and if not for the moon, everybody else would remain blind by the unending pitch black sky.

Sunsets are in their most beauteous form when it kisses the sea. Two beautiful creations colliding, making the most ravishing combination. Union whose the best amongst everything even after countless decades, they never fade.

❝Atina, I love you. ❞ he said. Teo looked at her with much adoration before kissing her forehead. He walked away. He didn't even looked back to see if I am okay. I am crying.

Falling out of love is a choice and never a chance. When you love, lacking is not a word. You are contented with everything you have, until there's someone or something that would make you question yourself, ❝Am I still happy?❞

Complicated it may seem, but when you felt it, the crack in your heart wanting to get filled with something you desire, something you've been blind about, that's not love anymore but safety. Comfort.

The pain would follow, the one you've never thought you would feel when you left. The thing is, pain didn't really cross your mind don't you? Confident you won't get hurt. Baby, the sting comes last.

The dawn is near, even after a lot of sunsets came, how long darkness stays, it don't last at all. The sun would rise at the east, even with clouds the warmth would still exist.

You have thought me how to write, to express better with words and to bleed ink rather than blood. To use metaphors as a mask. You thought me how to fight every monster you've gave, to fill every cracks you've left, to pick the broken pieces, to knot the strings that has lost its hold.

On a crumpled paper soaked with tears, I scribbled phrases I cannot say. I continue to write realizing it's the words that kept my heart heavy for days. So I wrote you a book consisting of thousand poems about how I struggled living with an unending faucet of tears, sonnets of my love that has been never enough for you to stay, and love songs that would always remind me of the happy memories.

Our love is like the beauty of the setting sun, and in the darkness, I saw my moon. Serenity in the middle of the night, flowing with the waves as stars shine above me, looking at me no longer with pity but pride.

The truth would always prevail.

Atina faced the judging eyes of many when a controversy surfaced. She struggled but at least she is thankful for the people who surrounds her with nothing but love and support. They became her anchor, someone who's keeping her at bay.

She's grateful for her friends who stayed by her side. For the fans who believed. Her family who fought for liberty.
