the best thing i can say is to just focus on the important things. SCHOOL is very important. that is what is going to shape your life and how you live. so that is top priority. your rp is probably wonderful! and it sucks you cant put as much attention on it as you'd like. maybe for the time being give the controls over to someone else? maybe let them be admin for a while? until winter break maybe? or your next holiday? and as for your friend. that also is really hard to try and balance. but i would just explain to them that you have school and things. and that time isn't really something you can give. but if and when you do have the time, give it! (even though i'm sure you do ;)   ) just try to be there for them as best you can.
