Ingredients: 1 lb beef sirloin, thinly sliced. 2 cups broccoli florets. 2 cloves garlic, minced. 1/4 cup soy sauce or tamari. 2 tablespoons olive oil. 1 tablespoon sesame oil. 1 tablespoon erythritol or preferred keto-friendly sweetener. 1 teaspoon ginger, minced. 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes optional. Salt and pepper to taste.
Instructions: In a small bowl, mix together soy sauce, sesame oil, erythritol, ginger, and red pepper flakes. In a large skillet over medium-high heat, heat olive oil.
