I read a fic a while ago but forgot what it was called and where to find it. It's Sterek, college au, but derek is still a full shift 'wolf. Stiles is a lot younger than every other person in his classes and therefore doesn't have a lot of friends. I think they might be mates. Stiles is pushing himself to graduate at the same time as Derek. I remember a scene where someone came up to Stiles and Derek when he was a wolf when they were sitting under a tree and the person accidentally offended Stiles and he said something about how no one wanted to hang out with the young kid and Derek probably growled.

Peter Hale and Kate Argent are evil on the exact same level.
they both violated teenagers, they both tried to have said teenagers loved ones murdered. (the Hale family in Kate's case and Stiles, Allison (as well as Lydia and Jackson) in Peter's case.
they both used manipulation and control, they both used their knowledge of rituals to try and murder their victims pack. And though they may care about one member of their family, they will readily throw them to the side and sacrifice the life of said family member if it gets them what they want. (actually, as canon has shown, Kate might hesitate more on this than Peter would)
Thing is they're both sassy and sexy (sort of), but people are willing to forgive Peter's actions, though they're just as evil as Kate's, because Peter is a 'hot white male' and in fandom's mind, chars like that can get away with anything
