5 Fahrenheit / -15 Celsius and below
Don't wear a heavy jacket at all in winter.
Don't live in in a latitude with winter.
I converted Fahrenheit to Celsius and rounded up to the first decimal place. That's why Celsius is not a perfect seamless range, but hey didn't have to do that and it was more work so it is what it is.
Please reblog for larger sample size. C:

In freezing weather, the water used to fight fires can freeze into layers of ice on gear.
Rain vs Snow at 34-36 degrees F (1.1-2.2 degrees C)🌧🌨🥶
Did you know that it can still Snow even when the temperature is above freezing? This is the transition zone from rain to snow, or snow to rain, depending on the temperature above us rather than right at the ground. Cold rain actually starts as snow in the clouds, if the snowflakes fall into warmer air below, they melt into raindrops. If it's raining at these temperatures, then the air above you is above freezing too, so the snowflakes have time to melt into raindrops before reaching the ground. ❄️➡️💧
If it's snowing at these temperatures, than the air above you is below freezing, so the snowflakes don't have time to melt before reaching the ground. At 34 degrees F (1 degrees C) large, wet snowflakes fall! ❄️➡️❄️
It can also depend on the humidity! If it's humid you will get rain, if it's drier you will get snow because falling, evaporating snowflakes actually cool the air down to the freezing point. At these temperatures you will also get a mix of rain and snow. The two pictures at the top show rain at these temperatures and the two bottom ones show snow at these same temperatures! 💧❄️
Two types of weather I hate? Heat and Rain. Guess what the weather's been like here the past few days? Yesterday it was super hot and I got stomach problems. Today the sky is incredibly grey, and i'm probably going to get tired and depressed as the rain inevitably starts in and ruins my emotional status. I hate rain and heat. They're the two worst weather conditions.
Cool but sunny is like the perfect temperature and weather set-up for me. Not too hot, not too cold, and beautiful to look at. That's the ideal conditions. Because I sweat and get affected by heat way too easily, and my mood is shattered into a million pieces by rain and overly dark clouds. I hate all of this stuff. sigh...
