I saw a Telfar bag in the wild when I was in an affluent neighborhood. A middle aged housewife (I’m assuming), was walking into a boutique carrying a silver Telfar bag, with her early 20’s daughter by her side. I didn’t think that demographic of women would be interested or even aware of what Telfar was. I wonder what this signals for the brand. If these types are flaunting around with ‘urban’ fashion, then there is a shift happening for the brand.
