Ticket confusion
I understand the end user getting confused, but why do technicians refer to the wrong ticket ALL THE TIME???
I was asked to look at a ticket that was closed, nothing abnormal there. And I was given ZERO explanation why I was asked to look i to it.
What they actually meant is that they had a question about a related ticket.
Do these idiots (that get paid more than I do) not know how to communicate? Why tell me to look at A when they need me to look at B??
Hubby is on the phone with AT&T tech support...
He's spelling out his password, part of which contains Hailey's name. Hubs (on the phone with tech guy): "H-A-I-L-E-Y." Hailey: "Hailey!" Hubs (still on the phone): "H-A-I-L-E-Y." Hailey: "Hailey!!!!" Hubs (phone again): "H-A-I-L-E-Y." Hailey: "HAILEY!!!!!!! Why do you keep spelling my name?????!!!!!"
