recently, it was our 4th year anniversary! i got her on the 29th of december, all the way back in 2020. she practically saved my life back then. i had no one but her, and i owe her that, very, very much. it’s part of the reason why i named her Daphne! hehe. i never want to leave her, and i’ve gotten so many new games on her recently, too, to ensure we always have something to play together. ^^♡ there are many games i’ve never played anyway, since it took me ages to finally convince myself to actually play something other than my Usual Autism, hehehe. though, with the switch 2 announcement, i’m scared companies would stop making games compatible with her. she’s a switch lite anyway, and lots of games have features and things that only work with docked switches. i know it’s unlikely, and games that are set to release in 2025 are on the eshop, but…you know. i never want to replace her. the thought scares me.

i’ve been thinking of finally getting a case for her, since she doesn’t have one, i just put her in this waist bag or whatever you call it, or next to my plushies on the chair so she’s nice and comfy. i’ll fill it with stickers and keychains so, even when i don’t want to give her any custom grips or anything like that, she’s still special and still mine. i’d never trade her for a thing in this world ♡

and, well. she has me on her! in several games, but also on her back. that’s me :)

Redesign of the technosexual/ robosexual flag by me, that combines different versions of the flag found online (under the cut).

I'm not a technosexual myself, but having a favourite character that is made me wanna make this one. I hope it finds the correct target group and people like it ^^

Flag’s Design

The flag is a vertical pencolor with a chief and a base.

Red, represents blood and all things biotic.

Black, represents oil and all things abiotic.

White, represents software and AIs.

Blue, represents holograms and avatars.

Dark grey, represents hardware and machines.

Pink, represents androids and lifelike machines.

Light grey, represents cyborgs and cybernetics.

The overall design somewhat resembles a TV error screen, which was unintentional but I feel it helps to make the flag better fit the theme of technology without needing to add anything else to a frankly busy design.

What is Technosexual/Robosexual

For those who don’t know, technosexuality is a paraphilia towards pieces of technology and robosexuality is a subset of technosexuality specifically towards robots. The “-sexual” part of the word is to differentiate it from technophiles, who are people with a strong interest in technology. Some technophiles are technosexuals. Some technosexuals are not technophiles.

Technosexual Characters

Plankton from SpongeBob SquarePants and Sheldon from My Life as a Teenage Robot are two fictional examples of technosexuals. The Governor of Hong Kong from the Love, Death & Robots episode “Good Hunting” is another, more twisted example of a technosexual. In the video games Saint Row IV and Fallout: New Vegas the player can choose to have relations with a robot, the robots in question being CID and Fisto respectively.

Characters Some Technosexuals Love
