Additionally, my trained scenic artist self is a slut for texture overlays. It helps balance some of the colors out in exchange for losing some of the details in the face. Slowly I’m getting more used to no lineart. 

I’m trying to get into a simpler shading style for comics and such since Noctivagus is a much bigger project, so practicing stuff like this is definitely going to help! Here’s a domestic trash deer in the meantime 😆
