- What's your story?

Back when I was younger I used to be extremely short for my age. It was a hard thing to deal with at times, always got made fun of cause I was the short kid. Then I eventually started to grow, but I also started to grow out as well. I couldn't do anything about my height but me being overweight was all my fault. So I decided to prove to myself that I can do anything i set my mind to.

- How did you diet?

Tried to eat very clean. Chicken, frozen bags of veggies, and brown rice was a typical meal. Once a week I would always have fresh fish. Mornings were usually scrambled eggs with spinach and tomato. If I didn't feel like cooking I'd take a protein shake. I aimed for 180 grams of protein and around 1800 calories.

- How did you exercise?

I go to the gym 6 times a week. Saturdays were my rest day and I'd also to a cheat meal on those days. My gym isn't a very advanced gym so I had to make due with what I had. Smith Machines, dumbells and cable Machines where all I really had. I usually lifted for 1 hour 30 min followed by 30 minutes of high intensity cardio.
