Y’all - it’s been a super rough, emotional week. It’s tech week for Death of a Salesman which means that there are lots of hours worked and lots of time sitting in the dark. It’s also a super light hearted romp of a play - not, Thanks Miller. BUT! I got on the scale this morning and I’ve lost 8 pounds since I came back from Maryland! I may not feel it all the time, but I’m making progress. 

Also I ran/walked 2.25 miles today with my C25K program. I finished Week 4 Day1 which is further than I’ve ever gone before with the program so I’m putting all of this in the win column.
